Cancellation Policy
Payment & Consultation Policy Conceptual Landscape Design Consultation Consultation Fee The initial conceptual landscape design consultation is $250. This consultation includes professional review of site plans and architecture, high-level landscape direction, and guidance related to layout, materials, and HOA considerations. If you choose to move forward with Lone Peak Landscape Group for conceptual drawings, design/build, or installation services, the $250 consultation fee will be credited toward your project. Consultation credits are valid for 90 days from the consultation date. Payment & Scheduling Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with appointment details. Cancellation & Refund Policy Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time is reserved specifically for your project. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If rescheduled within this window, your consultation fee will be applied to the new appointment date. Additional Notes The conceptual consultation is intended to provide professional guidance and direction during the early planning phase. It does not include engineered drawings, construction documents, or stamped plans.
